Much better day for Elly She is 2 lbs 11 oz.

Elly seems to have responded positively to the changes they made to her care. She stopped all feedings. That seems to have been the cause of the bradies. They took blood work which seems to be okay now. She had a blood transfusion and her blood count is back to normal, they gave her more caffeeine and she seems okay for now. The CBC came back normal. She is on antibiotics for any possible infection. She is responding well to this and the number of Bradies has significantly decreased. She is still on the CPAP but does require more help from it. The blood cultures will not be back till tomorrow.

This has been a rocky 2 days and I am so happy that she is getting back to more stable status.
