Elly has a new look!!!!!

Elly now wears glasses but she is still our beautiful little angel. She has two lazy eyes that need to be corrected. She has to wear her glasses for 6 weeks and if that works then she will not need surgery. However, if the glasses are not successful in correcting her vision problems, she will need eye surgery.

Elly is now a chunky 13 lbs and 12 oz and is almost 10 months old. She has also grown to 24 3/4 in length.

Our little angel is really an angel. She is so happy and even tempered. She is never fussy or has crying spells (except for hunger and soild diapers) She is so pleasant with everyone. She is just a joy to have around.

She has been taking OT and teaching helps and is coming along in her development. She can sit for short periods of time, she can reach for objects and she is even attempting to turn!!!!! She still does not like belly time but that is typical of preemies.

Elly is getting her first tooth!!!!!!! We felt it yesterday!!!!!! WOW.

She can hear perfectly now and is startled by even the smallest sound. Her tubes have been a complete success.
