Elly is now 4 lbs.!!!!!!!!


I hope that you liked the previous pictures with captions. The NICU nurses and doctors,respiratory therapists, nurses assistants, office managers and lactation consultants are the most incredible people on the face of this earth. Their dedication to these little angels and their families in unwavering and immeasurable. Please pray for them as they dedicate themselves to saving the lives of the littlest of God's children.

Elly has reached the 4 lbs mark. She continues to grow and is getting bigger and stronger with each passing day. She is off the pulse monitor because she does not de sat anymore.

She is nursing much better with the help of Pat the lactation consultant who is helping us get a hold of how to eat, swallow and breathe all at the same time!! Today she had 1/2 of a oz during nursing time. She is nursing once a day until she gets stronger.

She does not have a problem with poopy diapers anymore!! She does her share in giving us at least 4-6 poopies a day.

She is still having bradies during the day but that is okay. She will grow and they will deminish.

Elly is such a beautiful soul. She is so gentle and you just can't help but fall in love with her.

All of her liver tests came back normal.
