Elly is doing so good.

She is still 3lbs 14 oz. She nurses a little better with each day. She is beginning to understand the "If I nurse, I get milk" concept. She is coming along just fine and is discovering the sense of taste.

Elly continues to get 32 cc's of breatmilk in addition to what she gets nursing. She is still on the incubator. The doctors are going to hold off on her bottle until she gets used to nursing still. Yestereday, I actually got to purp her!!

She loves to poop right after I change her diaper. How funny. Now she gives me poopy diapers all the time as little presents.

She grew and she is now 15 1/4 inches. This was the measurement they gave me a few weeks ago and then she seems to have shrunk! She is now back to 15/14 inches. Lets see if she will shrink again.LOL

Her little eye is still bloodshot from the eye exam.

Elly has such a gentle soul. When she is awake she is so alert but in such a gentle way.
